Making her Dream come true! Khloé Kardashian rushed across the country to help welcome her newborn niece.
The reality star took to her official website on Monday, giving fans a play-by-play of baby Dream’s Nov. 10 arrival – and the literal lengths she took to witness it.
Khloé revealed she got to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center at 9:30 that morning, and was the “first one there” besides mom Kris Jenner. However, she had started her journey more than 2,000 miles away.
The 32-year-old wrote that she had gone to the hospital “straight from the airport,” after taking an unexpected road trip to get on a flight back to Los Angeles.
“I had to drive from Cleveland to Detroit to make it on time,” she explained in her post.
Her efforts apparently paid off. Khloé joined brother Rob Kardashian and his fiancée Blac Chyna to meet their bundle of joy just minutes after her birth.
“The baby was JUST born,” Khloé wrote, adding that she even beat sister Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick to the family welcome wagon.
Khloé’s travel got a jump-start once Chyna’s C-section had been moved up, she explained in her post. Despite having rushed to Dream’s side, the newborn didn’t appear frazzled over the attention.
According to Khloé, Dream was “super cute and calm” and wasn’t “crying at all” as the family took turns holding her – and her mom followed suit.
Chyna was “so calm,” it was “almost like nothing even happened LOL!” Khloé added.
The Good American designer added that she’s looking forward to witnessing her brother’s journey through fatherhood.
“It’s so incredible to see Rob as a Dad,” Khloé gushed. “I can’t wait to see him interacting with Dream as she grows up.”
Rob was also happy to have his sister on hand, giving her a social media shout-out just one day after becoming a new dad.
“Love you Khlo money!!,” Rob tweeted at the time. “Thank u for doing that 4 hour drive and crazy flight to make it here.”
