24 Chic Under-$100 Items I’m Obsessing Over at Nordstrom, Revolve, & Madewell

Shopping can be exhausting. Even for someone like myself, who spends every spare minute researching the latest trends or running into a new boutique or department store, fashion can be tiring. Everything starts to blend together and it can be hard to know where to look and where to start. And don’t even get me started on the abyss that is online shopping.

Thus, I’ve found thinking about shopping to be akin to thinking about the days of the week. Each day of the week has a personality, as does each store. To make this simple, let’s take a look at three of my favorites – Nordstrom, Revolve, and Madewell. Each serves a distinct purpose alongside affordability.

Nordstrom is like Tuesday. It’s reliable, a welcome steadiness after Monday, and always seems to be the day everything you need to do gets done. Nordstrom is the same, nothing too crazy, but definitely the place to go when you know exactly what you need, whether it be that pair of jeans you already have in two other washes but know they fit just right. Or the matching pajama set and fuzzy slippers that will get you through the cold winter night. Basically everything you need to get you through Wednesday.

Revolve is Saturday – a morning of working out or a detox session from the night before, a wild night out, a chill wine night in. Revolve, like Sundays, do both. Whether it be a gold halter top or an up-and-coming brand’s athleisure set, the options are endless, regardless of price point. And the speedy delivery definitely doesn’t hurt.

Madewell is Sunday – the day of ease and comfort, but also the onset of preparations for the beginning of the week. From multi-colored Reboks to wear to a lunch or a smart blazer to lay out for the next day, Madewell is where you go to kick off the week.

I know it’s not a perfect analogy, but you get the point. Fashion is an everyday part of our lives, weekday or weekend, and so we might as well think of it as every day. I’m sure you have your own Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday stores, but for now, keep scrolling through to see the 24 chic under-$100 items from these three.
