Trump To Pardon Lil Wayne

President Donald Trump is reportedly preparing paperwork to pardon rapper Lil Wayne as he spends his remaining last day in the White House.

Weezy pleaded guilty last month to possessing a loaded, gold-plated handgun when his chartered jet landed in Miami in December 2019. He faces a sentence of up to 10 years in prison at a Jan. 28 hearing in Miami. Ahead of the election in November, Lil Wayne came out as a fully-fledged Trump supporter — even posting a picture of him and the president shaking hands.

A source told ABC News that they do not expect Trump to issue a pardon for himself. It was thought that Trump would pardon his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, but reports say that the pair have fallen out of Giuliani’s $20,000 a day legal fees.

Giuliani has been traveling the country, fighting to overturn the election on Trump’s behalf… but as Trump gets ready to pardon almost 100 individuals today, Giuliani will not be one of them.
