Tasha K is refusing to remove the defamatory videos she posted about Cardi B even though she was ordered to by a judge.

“This is a federal judge’s order and it is very specific and it was a consenting order by mutual parties,” he said on IG Live. “So, at this point when you violate a judge’s order there are one or two things that could happen. They could throw you in jail. They could fine you. Being thrown in jail is one thing but then the fine is up to $50,000 and up to a year in jail. What was she (Tasha K) thinking?”
Cardi B sued Tasha K after she made several false allegations about Cardi B, including that she had herpes and that she was a prostitute. A judge ruled Tasha K to pay $1.5M in punitive damages and another $1.3M in litigation expenses and more.
