New Jersey Housewife Melissa Gorga says that she’s embarrassed by her onscreen fight with husband, Joe Gorga.
“I don’t think he thought I would put him on blast, but he hit me at the wrong [moment],” Melissa said during the RHONJ: After Show. “I was just done at that point and it came out and it’s real and it’s true and my friends were there and I was embarrassed.”
Joe said that when Melissa got up and left the restaurant before him, he was “triggered.”

“That’s normally not Melissa. Normally, we’re always tied at the hip,” he said. “A year ago, if she walked in front of me, no big deal. But at that six-month period, we were going through something in our relationship.”
The argument was the loudest we’ve seen the couple have on all of their years on the show. Castmate Jennifer Aydin even suggested that the couple may have made up the beef just to create a storyline.
