R. Kelly has been found guilty on all charges by a jury in his New York racketeering trial.

A jury of seven men and five women found Kelly guilty of all nine counts, including racketeering. According to The Associated Press, Kelly wore a face mask below black-rimmed glasses and kept his eyes downcast as the verdict was read.

Deveraux Cannick, one of R. Kelly’s lawyers, said hoped to appeal.

“I think I’m even more disappointed the government brought the case in the first place, given all the inconsistencies,” Cannick said.

“To the victims in this case, your voices were heard and justice was finally served,” Acting U.S. Attorney Jacquelyn Kasulis reportedly said. It’s not over for R. Kelly. He will soon be moved back to Chicago to face a separate trial in his home state. And a possible third trial in Minnesota. Kelly always denied the charges against him. He has not released a statement on the verdict.
