Man Charged w/ Killing Of Chief Keep Affiliate Tray Savage

Police have charged a man with the killing of rapper Tray Savage, who was signed to Chief Keef’s record label.

Demitri Jackson, who was extradited from Texas to Chicago, was identified as the gunman from the surveillance video. In the video, he can be seen walking with a peculiar limp before and after killing Savage.

The pair spoke about 15 minutes before the shooting, then cops say that Jackson returned in a car and spoke to Savage again before returning to his vehicle and parking it in the middle of the street — blocking Savage’s car. He then exited his vehicle and shot Savage, hitting him in the neck and shoulder.
