Madonna is still upset with 50 Cent and will not accept his apology.

In the video, she blasted 50 some more: “You were trying to shame me. You were trying to humiliate me. Yeah, your apology? It’s fake, it’s bullsh*t, and it’s not valid.”
She continued, “It’s not an apology if you don’t know what you’re apologizing for,” Madonna continued. “What you should be apologizing for is your misogynistic, sexist, ageist behavior and remarks.”
“I forgive you, and I hope one day you wake up, and see a different point of view,” Madonna concluded.
50 Cent reposted a video of Madonna’s BBL and made fun of her allegedly botched surgery. After she called him out, he then apologized to her. People were upset with him for not also giving Lil Kim and apology.
