Lil Uzi Vert Sentenced To 3 Years Probation In Ex-Girlfriend & SAINt JHN Assault Case

Lil Uzi Vert has taken a plea deal to avoid time behind bars in an assault case involving his ex-girlfriend and fellow rapper SAINt JHN.

According to TMZ, Uzi was sentenced to three years of probation. He was also sentenced to one year in treatment for mental health and substance abuse, 52 weeks in domestic violence counseling, restitution, and 10 years under a criminal protective order.

His ex-girlfriend Brittany Byrd claimed that Uzi assaulted her in West Hollywood by putting a gun to her stomach and hitting her. Brittany was alleging talking business with SAINt JHN when Uzi jumped out of an Escalade and confronted everyone at the table. He also got into an altercation with SAINt JHN. He tried to punch the rapper but he missed and fell, and his gun fell to the ground.

 A source told Pitchfork that “with this misdemeanor plea deal, Uzi has accepted responsibility and is turning his attention to the next chapter.”
