Lala Kent is not missing her ex Randall Emmett one bit.
“Obviously I get a lot of strength from my daughter,” she responded to a fan who asked her how she is dealing with the breakup, “but beyond that, I think strength comes with knowing your worth, with or without someone.”
She added, “The moment I saw who that person really was, and the mask had finally fallen, I knew I was better off and he never deserved me.

“That feeling gave me power. Even though there are moments I go ‘what the f*ck,’ I find strength in the fact that I am free. I am happy again. I recognize myself in the mirror again.”
Last month she told people she did not enjoy having sex with her ex fiance.
“I’ve been sober for over three years, and I had the same partner,” she said on her “Give Them Lala” podcast. “I had sex sober, which I couldn’t wait for it to be over most of the time.”
The Vanderpump Rules star says that before Emmett, she hadn’t had “sober” sex with a new partner, “probably since I was 17.”
