Kodak Black Thanks Trump For Commuting His Sentence!!

Kodak Black received a pardon from former POTUS Donald Trump during Trump’s last day in office.

The rapper took to social media to thank Trump for commuting his sentence.

“I Want To Thank The President @RealDonaldTrump For His Commitment To Justice Reform And Shortening My Sentence. I Also Want To Thank Everyone For Their Support And Love. It Means More Than You Will Ever Know. I Want To Continue Giving Back, Learning And Growing. @DanScavino,” the tweet reads.

Kodak was sentenced to more than three years in prison on weapons charges in November 2019. He pleaded guilty in August 2019 to knowingly making false written statements when trying to acquire firearms from a federally licensed firearms dealer.

 In April 2019, he was arrested on separate gun and drug charges near Niagara Falls, New York, while trying to enter the US from Canada. Kapriwas charged with criminal possession of a weapon second degree and unlawful possession of marijuana and pleaded guilty in that case in March. His sentence was to be served concurrently with the case out of Miami.
