Kodak Black Once Again Denies Sexual Assault

Kodak Black has once again addressed his sexual assault case after a fan asked him about it on Twitter.

“I go without f*ckin, I be focused on money & these goals,” he tweeted. A fan then posted clips of articles about the sexual assault, which he pleaded guilty to.

“That case terminated and ain’t have to pay nobody !!!! Everybody know I ain’t do it,” he wrote.

In April, Kodak accepted a deal and pleaded guilty to first-degree assault. He even apologized to the girl, who was watching remotely, in court. It was a condition of his probation.

He then tweeted that he only did it to avoid further punishment.

“5 yrs later … both us just wanted to get this sh*t over wit AND I ain’t have to come off no money,” he tweeted. “Ain’t gotta register as a sex offender or nun , sh*t that’s a play if you ask me,” he continued. “lol y’all got me f*cked up I ain’t dat freaky homie.”
