A 77-year-old woman is suing Kellen Winslow Jr. of sexual assault.
She says he exposed himself to her in a Southern California gym.
Winslow was sentenced to 14 years in prison on March 3 after the former NFL pleading guilty to multiple counts of sexual assault and misconduct against different women, including forcible rape, rape of an unconscious person, assault with intent to commit rape, indecent exposure and lewd conduct in public.

The elderly woman, known as “Jane Doe 5” told authorities that Winslow touched himself in front of her in a gym in the San Diego suburb Carlsbad. She said Winslow, while masturbating, exposed himself to her, pointed “at his erect penis” and said, “do you see this, do you like it?”
Winslow played nine seasons in the NFL with the Cleveland Browns, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, New England Patriots and New York Jets. The Browns selected Winslow as a first-round draft pick out of Miami in 2004.
