I’m From L.A. But Live in NYC—Here’s What’s on My Nordstrom Shopping List

Curious what an L.A.-born fashion editor turned NYC working mom would buy from Nordstrom right now? Or, better yet, on sale from Nordstrom right now? Well, whatever your interest level may (or may not) be, you’re about to find out because I took the liberty of combing through thousands of products and hundreds of pages of clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, and even homeware to bring you an edit of my absolute favorite marked-down gems for this season and beyond.

From designer steals to Nordstrom-brand essentials that are too good to pass up, below you’ll find everything that’s currently on my wish list while I attempt to curate a reasonably sized shopping cart. To get started shopping, just keep scrolling, and when you’re done, don’t forget to read about the pieces my mom, sisters, and I have already bought from everyone’s favorite site and recommend to anyone who will listen.

I love the pavé touch on this chainlink necklace.

You can’t go wrong here.

You’re not ready for summer without a plethora of white, ribbed tanks.

With the exception of peak summer, these cream leather pants work for any season.

Bandana print always looks cool.

Use it to cut and serve.

Chic.

You don’t need to spend more than $14 for the perfect, simple tube top.

By now you should already know that this is the only denim silhouette I care about right now.

I love a good ’90s-inspired going-out shoe.

I’ll always have room for another cute little bowl.

I think it’s time I just buy this already.

Just add your simplest heeled sandals.

This is one of my favorite pajama brands, so I always snag a set when they’re on sale.

Pair this with any affordable white bikini bottoms for a designer beach look on a budget.

Decorative pillows make all the difference.

I like to wear black year-round, and dresses like this are how I pull it off in spring and summer.

Friends of mine who own this tank are obsessed with it.

Pair this sarong with any plain, pink bikini.

For that Y2K-inspired look.

“Trouser jeans” sound right up my alley.

Just add jeans and a tee.

This is what I like to call a non-basic basic.

Slvrlake’s London jeans are a fashion-insider favorite.

I love everything by this homeware line.

Essential.

If you don’t already own these highly reviewed leggings, now would be the time to snag them.

I especially love this dress’s ankle-grazing length.

Have you ever seen such chic knives?
