If Daphne Bridgerton Went Shopping in 2021, Here’s Everything She’d Buy

If you’re reading this, you’ve probably succumbed to the Bridgerton craze as I have. The romance, the rivals, and of course, the fashion sent me into immediate binge mode, along with the rest of the world. More than 63 million households have tuned into the series, and no one can stop talking about the main character, Daphne Bridgerton, portrayed by Phoebe Dynevor. In just eight hour-long episodes, Daphne had a whopping 104 costume changes, many of them being quite elaborate. In other words, there was lots of eye candy for us fashion lovers.

Just minutes into the first episode, I was completely taken by Daphne’s stunningly beautiful wardrobe, and halfway through the first episode, I noticed that it was made up of predominantly the color blue, with some white and other colors mixed in. It’s the “signature color” of the Bridgerton family.

Since I clearly have all things Bridgerton on the brain, I thought it would be fun to shop for beautiful present-day items that Daphne would surely be taken with. And yes, many—but not all—of them are blue, and they’re all beautiful.

Of everything at Zara, this is undoubtedly the most “Daphne”.

Fit for a ball with the Queen.

She’d wear this for Zoom meetings about redecorating the Duke’s estate.

For casual Fridays.

A headband fit for an off-duty duchess.

A Daphne Bridgerton wedding-guest dress if I ever saw one.

Her ears are never not adorned.

This cornflower shade is so pretty.

A beautiful one-piece by a buzzy brand would surely be Daphne-approved.

Casual and fancy at once.

It’s a small fortune, but my jaw dropped for many reasons.

She’s not one to shy away from a dramatic ruffle.

Do you even need to see the front?

So many trends in one pretty top.

This color looks amazing with blue. Additional sizes available here.

I think I should basically just be Daphne Bridgerton’s stylist now.

Another Duchess (Kate Middleton) would also appreciate this coat.

If Daphne were to holiday on the Amalfi Coast, she’d pack this.

Just add jeans (blue ones).

I love that this has Regency-era vibes as well.

Everyone needs a party dress.

Gotta love a “danceable” heel.

Only silky robes here.

Much cheaper than a real diamond necklace (and more fun).

Not blue, but perfect for the winter.

Closing it out with one more beautiful blue Zara gem.

Next up, our interview with Phoebe Dynevor’s co-star, Regé-Jean Page.
