Popular Florida rapper Plies got a brand new smile – and he buried his gold teeth last week. But MTO News confirmed that his old smile is NOT his new smile.
You see Plies was forced to replace all his old teeth, which rotted because he wore gold teeth for years. It’s pretty common for people to suffer extreme tooth decay after years of wearing grills.
Here’s a look at Plies before and after, peep the size of the teeth.

The American Dental Association warns against wearing grills. They write on their website:
If you wear a grill … food and other debris may become trapped between the teeth and the grill allowing bacteria to collect and produce acids. The acids can cause tooth decay and harm gum tissue. Bacteria may also contribute to bad breath. There also is the potential for grills to irritate surrounding oral tissues and to wear the enamel away on the opposing teeth.
