Feds Use Instagram Posts To Indict Pooh Shiesty

Feds have used Instagram posts to indict rapper Pooh Shiesty.

Pooh Shiesty has been indicted and taken into federal custody in connection to the October 2020 shooting in Florida. Two people were wounded during the incident.

According to the Miami Herald, the rapper will not be released until a detention hearing on July 6.

Feds say they used Instagram photos of the rapper Shiesty parading “several long rifles and plethora of $100.00 bills.” One of the bills Pooh Shiesty had in the picture was one of the same bills that fell out of the rapper’s Louis Vuitton bag that was in the lime green McLaren when he allegedly fled the scene that night — matched the same serial number in his picture.

His attorney says he is innocent:

“We have been in communication with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and we believe they have a federal detainer on him and are likely to file federal charges,” Saam Zangeneh told the news outlet. “That doesn’t change our position as to his 100 percent innocence, in both state and federal matters.”
