DMX Reportedly Does Not Have COVID-19

After a report claimed that DMX had COVID-19, a new report denied that the rapper had the virus.

VladTV claimed a source told them he tested positive for coronavirus while he was in the ICU.

But a credible source told XXL the report is not accurate.

“DMX does not have COVID-19, per an official source,” the outlet tweeted. “An update regarding his current condition will be coming later today.”

DMX was rushed to hospital on Good Friday after suffering an overdose. He has battled with drug addiction for most of his life. Since Friday, there have been false reports that the rapper has passed, but DMX is currently alive and on life support.

Steve Rifkind, DMX’s manager, released the following statement to TMZ:

“DMX is currently on life support and in a coma,” Rifkind said. “There are multiple people with inaccurate information about his well-being and it is not helpful and productive. Tomorrow he will undergo further tests on his brain function and his family will determine what’s best from there. We appreciate your prayers and support.”
