Attorney Sends Letter To Bravo To Preserve Potentially Incriminating Footage Of ‘RHOBH’s Erika Jayne

The attorney investigating Erika Jayne says he’s sent a letter to the Bravo network asking them to cooperate and eventually hand over footage of Erika Jayne which hasn’t aired.

“I am writing to advise you that certain steps need to be taken as soon as possible to ensure that EFT Productions LLC and Bravo Media LLC (collectively the ‘Company’) complies with its legal duty to preserve all information that may be discoverable should this matter go forward to litigation,” his letter reads.

Erika’s estranged husband Tom Girardi is accused of stealing millions of dollars from widows and orphans.

He and Erika deny the allegations. She has not yet faced any criminal charges, but the attorney is trying to drag her into all of the lawsuits.

“Namely, this company we believe produces or is involved in the distribution of the Bravo show, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. We are primarily concerned with unaired footage of the show relating to Erika and Tom Girardi. If you believe there is an additional company who is the custodian of this footage, please provide and we will send them the same later,” the letter continues before adding that the network “preserve” the footage.
