Antonio Brown Won’t Have Ankle Surgery Until Team Signs Him

Antonio Brown will not have surgery on his ankle unless another NFL team signs him.

“It’s a lot for someone to go through a surgery without an idea of where you are going to work,” he told TMZ Sports.

“I need to get my ankle fixed, but I just want to make sure I got an obligation or a commitment from a team,” Brown said.

“It’s a lot for a guy to go do surgery without an idea of where you gonna work, or who you going to work for. I couldn’t even be in this position without being a football player,” he said. “So I never want to take that for granted. I would love to continue my career. I got a lot of game left in me.”

Brown was let go by the Bucs after he refused to go onto the field because he said he had an injury. Brown has had issues on and off the field. NFL owners might not want the drama.
