Pop superstar Adele is known for her amazing singing voice, and her equally amazing weight loss.
Now MTO News has learned that fans are speculating that the pop singer may be gaining the weight back.
Adele lost a reported 100 pounds – going from about 220 pounds, to 120, MTO News confirmed. And she looked great.

Heres’ what Adele looked like a year ago, when she was at the peak of her weight loss. According to reports, she had lost 100 pounds, and was down to under 120 pounds.
It was taken on her 32nd birthday in May 2020, Adele posted a more dramatic photo to thank her fans for all the love and well wishes, as well as the first responders and essential workers “for keeping us safe.”
And here’s Adele last night. She’s still much slimmer than she was at 200+ pounds – but she’s clearly no longer 120 pounds.
In an interview with British Vogue, Adele said that during quarantine, she worked out three times a day: “So I do my weights in the morning, then I normally hike or I box in the afternoon, and then I go and do my cardio at night,” she said.
And during her conversation with Oprah, Adele said she’s also gotten into deadlifting. Starting with just ten pounds, she slowly worked her way up to a majorly impressive 170 pounds, which she lifts on the regular. “I’m an athlete,” she said. “I love it.” And, the “Rolling In The Deep” singer mentioned that she enjoys boxing. “I’ve got a left hook that could kill you,” she told Oprah.
Adele also told Big O that any rumors suggesting she lost weight by dieting are false. “No intermittent fasting. Nothing. If anything I eat more than I used to because I work out so hard,” she told British Vogue.
