Trust Monikh: 12 New-In Pieces I'm Adding to My Summer Wardrobe

There are hundreds of thousands of influencers in the social ether, but there is only a handful who we religiously follow in order to virtually steal the clothes off their backs. Our primary target is Monikh Dale—the London-based styling and shopping guru who seeks out the coolest buys from every corner of the retail world. From her inspiring tips on rewearing her well-chosen investment items to hunting down the best high-street pieces, her Instagram feed, @monikh, and website are a veritable hotbed of things you’re going to want to purchase immediately (and will never regret). Each month, Monikh will share her new picks exclusively for you.

After a whirlwind couple of weeks, this month’s wardrobe is all about fun. Summer sunset tones, light airy materials and of course, a few pieces from my new Monikh x Faithfull The Brand collection.

I wanted a one shoulder dress that was actually comfortable to wear. An elastic neckline and simple belt also help pull in on the waist if wanted. One to last a lifetime.

This blue goes with browns and greens perfectly. The only ‘dressy’ bag needed for holiday.

I love this colour. A great way to spice up your jeans.

Team with a plain vest and flip flops.

I’m obsessed with that sludge green. Very chic…Keep everything else really simple.

A SS23 must have. Plus, the elastic back ensures support and comfort.

Silver is in.

Protect that face!

Simple but very effective.

This dress gives me all the feelings I imagined when designing it.

Another pair that will get people asking ‘where are they from?!’

Pulling your holiday wardrobe? This piece will work from the beach, onto lunch, and onto dinner.

I wore this in white the other week and felt so good in it! I’ve already envisioned where I’ll be wearing this colour-way to.

I’ve had my eye on this for months, maybe even a year? I don’t know why I battled with myself for so long, it’s making every outfit I put on this week come together.

I love the fluted shape.

This will create a really playful shape with the gathered neckline.

That ‘could be en-route to a work-out’ vibe. Grab a vintage style cap to finish off the look.

A playful piece for holidays worn over swim.

A basket bag is the easiest way to dress something down, and that’s always been my formula: never overdress.

Timeless.

Very ‘Comporta’.

That colour.

I love the shape and tone. Maybe size up 1.

A little bag with a casual vibe is hard to find.

These are the same as the ones I’m wearing above in white. I’ve worn them so much already this summer, from the beach to lunch in the city, and have just pre-ordered this colour.

Maybe pair with the beige linen trousers, or the white skirt, or the brown dress, or…

Looks like designer

This style is always a summer go-to.

I love a pop of colour with a neutral look.

I saw this in store a few weeks ago and cannot stop thinking about it. A really great piece that will carry you through to Autumn.

Chunky shoes are great way to balance out layers.

Simplicity always wins.
