Tory Lanez is reportedly being dragged back into court, but this time by a Love & Hip Hop star over an alleged incident that took place in a nightclub.
According to RadarOnline, when a server turned up to Tory’s Miami home to serve him the papers, he tried to lie about his identity.
Prince from Love & Hip Hop: Miami hired a server to track down Lanez. He’s suing Lanez over an alleged assault in 2019. He needed to serve the rapper before the case could proceed.
According to the server, “Daystar Shemuel Peterson answered the door. I asked if he was Daystar Shemuel Peterson. He asked who I was. I identified myself and informed him of the court documents I had for him.”

She continued, “said it was not him. He said I would have to come back in the evening to find the person I was looking for and then closed the door. I spoke through the door and stated I would leave the documents by the door.”
She added that she knew it was him from social media. She listed his height as 5’3.
