Rudy Giuliani Says Election Fraud ‘Evidence’ Came From Social Media

Rudy Giuliani said that his “evidence” of voter fraud in the 2020 election was from social media — and none of it was backed up by receipts.

Giuliani testified in a deposition on August 14 in relation to a defamation lawsuit brought by a former Dominion Voting Systems employee, Eric Coomer.

“Those social media posts get [sic] all one to me,” Giuliani said. “Right now, I can’t recall anything else that I laid eyes on.”

In January, Giuliani released a statement to the NY Times saying he was considering filing a countersuit.

“Dominion’s defamation lawsuit for $1.3B will allow me to investigate their history, finances, and practices fully and completely,” Giuliani said.

“The amount being asked for is, quite obviously, intended to frighten people of faint heart. It is another act of intimidation by the hate-filled left-wing to wipe out and censor the exercise of free speech, as well as the ability of lawyers to defend their clients vigorously. As such, we will investigate a countersuit against them for violating these Constitutional rights.”
