Rudy Giuliani trended online after he mocked Queen Elizabeth II and her son, Prince Andrew, during a bizarre speech at a 9/11 event — while drunk.
“I turned down a knighthood because if you took a knighthood, you had to lose your citizenship,” the former personal attorney for Donald J. Trump said while mimicking her British accent.
He then started to speak on her alleged favorite son, Prince Andrew.
“I know Prince Andrew is very questionable now. I never went out with him. Ever!” Giuliani said. “Never had a drink with him, never was with a woman or young girl with him. Ever, ever, ever.”
Last week, attorneys for Virginia Giuffre, the woman who has accused Prince Andrew of sexually abusing her when she was a teenager, said he has been served with a federal lawsuit.
But an attorney for Andrew said the lawsuit didn’t appear to have been served following proper procedures under the Hague Convention. He appears to be trying to avoid going to court to resolve the matter.
