Katie’s life has been in utter shambles, ever since leaving the Real Housewives.
MTO News confirmed that she last appeared on the show in season four as a part-time cast member. Since her complete departure from RHOP, Katie’s time seems to be primarily filled with child-custody battles with her ex-husband, Dr. James Orsini.

Post season one, Katie has also endured breakups with Andrew Martin and a man named Jacob, who many people believe was the father of her fourth child, which she miscarried. And last year, Katie ended her four-month engagement to a gentleman named Jesse, after dating him for five months.
Now she’s posted an image of her with Black eyes and bruises, and suggested that a man in her life abused her.
