The alleged victim of rapper Pooh Shiesty has allegedly walked back on his original statement about being shot by the rapper.
According to TMZ, attorneys Bradford Cohen and Saam Zangeneh filed a report claiming that the security guard in question was given a strong painkiller when he was taken to a hospital on the night of the Miami incident. He now says he does not remember being shot by the rapper.
He does not recall the incident and says that the chaos that night could have been caused by a fan system that fell in a nearby garage.
Shiesty was arrested after the security guard was shot in the ankle while trying to escort Shiesty out of a strip club on May 30. Police reports state that the guard had told the cops that Shiesty passed the weapon to someone else after the shooting. Shiesty and his crew then left before the rapper eventually turned himself in.
