The property has been sitting empty for almost two decades. Nelly initially purchased it in 2002 for $2 million in hopes of renovating it and flipping it, but he decided not to begin the project after all.

The house, which features a private basketball court, an in-ground infinity pool and a three-car garage, is now an eyesore, with no plumbing and no flooring and not in move in condition.

The home which is 30 miles from St. Louis will likely be torn down and fully rebuilt but will present its new owner with lots of architectural options as the home sits on 12 acres of land. Nelly who wanted to be done with the property is currently renting in Calabasas.

Congrats Nelly?
