Most Wantedis a weekly series in which one editor, staffer, or influencer shares their top 30 must-haves or current wish-list items.
One of my favorite things about living on the East Coast is experiencing the slow transition between seasons. I’m a West Coast native, so the only seasonal change I’m used to is when the weather goes from sunny to partly sunny. I’m not complaining, but fall in NYC is a bit more exciting, sartorially speaking. It gives me the chance to get creative with my personal style as I begin to layer up. While unpacking my knitwear and coats, I realized I was due for an upgrade. Don’t get me wrong—I love timeless pieces, but with new seasons come new trends. Crescent-shaped shoulder bags, updated loafers, and moto-style outerwear have been piquing my interest as of late. And whenever I want to check out the latest, Nordstrom is my go-to. Here are the 30 items currently occupying my fall wish list.
A wool blazer is exactly the kind of lightweight outerwear I want to wear this season.

The crescent-shaped bag is the most intriguing accessory trend of fall 2022.
I felt this sweater, and now I need it in every colorway.
Pleat detailing on puddle pants is a micro-trend I’ve started to spot on the streets of NYC.
I’m not ready for close-toed shoes just yet.
This under-$100 moto jacket looks more expensive than it is.
I don’t foresee this sunglass shape going out of style anytime soon.
I don’t know what I love more: the mixed print or the one-shoulder style.
Yes, mini is still having a moment.
My favorite fall outfit starts with a creamy cable-knit like this under-$70 option.
If there’s anything to take away from the S/S 23 runway shows, it’s that hot pink is not going anywhere.
When I think of stylish office apparel, I think of this top.
Same goes for these trousers. I can’t believe they’re only $80.
A silky basic feels especially elevated.
I have yet to own a pair of Western boots, but I think I’ll start with these.
