Known as the brilliant recipe developer behind the beloved food blog The Defined Dish, Snodgrass cooks with intention, channeling the people and history behind it. For Snodgrass, sharing experiences through food is the heart of a good recipe. Snodgrass started the blog in 2015 after completing the Whole30 program with the mission to create a community that enjoys indulging in simple, healthy recipes. Today, she has grown her Instagram following to over 700,000 loyal followers and has impressively published two New York Times best-selling cookbooks, The Defined Dish and The Comfortable Kitchen. 

It’s Snodgrass’s fresh perspective on food that has truly led her to build not just a following but also a new brand. Snodgrass recently launched SideDish, a multipurpose dressing collection filled with her signature bold flavors and simple ingredients. It is currently available in three flavors—Chipotle Ranch, Creamy Sesame, and Honey Dijon—with more innovation to come.
