Mally Mall is asking a judge to delay his prison sentence.
He says he’s too ill to go to jail.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, the producer discovered a mass on his thigh. He says he now needs a CT scan and a biopsy to find out if it’s cancerous.
Mally Mall, who appeared on the first season of Love & Hip Hop: Hollywood, was sentenced to nearly 3 years (33 months) in prison for running a prostitution business.
Prosecutors say he ran the ring for 12 years between April 2002 and September 2014.
According to authorities, he “operated a high-end prostitution business that transported victims across the United States,” using paid websites “to advertise the victims for prostitution purposes,” the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Nevada said in a statement.
They added that the former reality star “exploited hundreds of victims” through manipulation, “imposing rules and threatening them so that they would prostitute for him.”
