Tilli says he arrived for work that morning to open the gate to allow bank branch employees into the lot. Tilli says he parked his car where MGK was filming the movie. The raper then asked Tilli to move his car because it was in the shot but Tilli asked MGK if he had a permit to film.

They did not have a permit so Tilli informed MGK’s crew that they needed a permit before telling them to leave. MGK and his ‘aggressive” crew surrounded the elderly man. He said MGK pushed his from the front while crew members shoved him from behind.
