Kyle Massey Claims Federal Charges Are ‘Extortive’

Kyle Massey denies the recent federal charges filed against him.

The victim sued Massey in 2019 for $1.5 million, alleging that he sent “numerous sexually explicit text messages, images and videos” to her on Snapchat.

“No child should ever be exposed to sexually explicit materials and I unequivocally and categorically deny any alleged misconduct,” Massey told TMZ at the time.

Now he says the recent criminal charges are “extortative.”

“It is unfortunate that Kyle Massey had to learn through the media yesterday that the 2019 allegations have resurfaced in the State of Washington a year after their dismissal,” attorney Lee Hutton told Page Six. “Massey claims that the allegations then and now are extortive.”
