“How you gon’ saw cuz is like Pac, you ain’t even know [Tupac],” said Kurupt.
“F*ck all of that, cuz. You don’t even know cuz. Don’t say somebody is like somebody you don’t know. You ain’t been around cuz,” Kurupt said before joking adding, “See how people get emotional about that sh*t.”
In 2019, Lil Pump also compared the two rappers. “Deadass though, X is the Tupac of our generation, no cap,” he said in a video clip.
The year prior, XXX slammed fans for comparing him to Pac. “I’m better than Tupac,” XXXTentacion said on Instagram Live. “Please don’t compare me to him.”

On June 18, 2018, XXXTentacion was gunned down at the age of 20 when he was fatally shot near a motorcycle dealership in Deerfield Beach, Florida. The attackers fled the scene in an SUV after stealing from him a Louis Vuitton bag containing $50,000. Four men were arrested for the killing.
