Marc Daly, the estranged husband of Kenya Moore, says that Bravo fans threatened their toddler daughter.
According to court documents obtained by Radar, Marc made the claims as part of his custody battle with Kenya. He does not want Brooklyn to appear on the show. Kenya filed for divorce and she also filed a custody case. Kenya wants primary custody of Brooklyn, with Marc receiving visitation.

She was awarded primary custody in June. But Marc wants more than just visitation. A judge had “disputed instances of domestic violence … based on” Kenya’s testimony. The judge said he was “not convinced, and no evidence has been shown, that” Kenya put Brooklyn in “any environment that might not be in the minor child’s best interest, or may in any way be considered dangerous or inappropriate.”
This divorce looks like it could get messy. The court asked the couple to communicate in a more positive way.
