A judge has once again denied Britney Spears’ request to have her father removed from her conservatorship.
“The conservator’s request to suspend James P. Spears immediately upon the appointment of Bessemer Trust Company of California as sole conservator of estate is denied without prejudice,” the court documents stated.
The decision was not based on her testimony last week. The judge cannot yet make any ruling based on what she said as the star still has yet to file a petition to terminate her conservatorship.
During her testimony, she says she was drugged, forced to work and compared her father to a “sex trafficker.”
“If I didn’t do any of my meetings and work from eight to six at night, which is 10 hours a day, seven days a week, no days off, I wouldn’t be able to see my kids or my boyfriend. I never had a say in my schedule. They always told me I had to do this. And Ma’am, I will tell you, sitting in a chair 10 hours a day, seven days a week, it ain’t fun… and especially when you can’t walk out the front door,” she told the judge.
