Howard Stern doesn’t lose any sleep over the fight to save free speech.
Joe Rogan does.
The Spotify superstar nearly lost his signature show during the pandemic after the Left labeled his COVID-19 views as problematic. The same scolds looked the other way as corporate media bent the pandemic truth into a pretzel.
Hold the salt.
Rogan upholds free speech in several ways. He invites “canceled” guests onto the wildly popular podcast, including Alex Jones and comedian Shane Gillis. He routinely defends our right to free and fair conversations.
And, most recently, he warned of a looming threat that could dwarf current censorship.
A Harris/Walz victory in November.
Rogan broached the subject with guest Shawn Ryan earlier this week.
NEW: @joerogan warns that the First Amendment is in danger if Kamala Harris and Tim Walz win.

Rogan extolled platforms like X and Rumble during a chat with former Navy Seal Shawn Ryan. Both strive to keep free speech alive in our digital age
“I just hope this s*** turns around,” Ryan said of current censorship attempts.
“I do, too, but I don’t think it [censorship] turns around if Kamala Harris gets into office. I think they clamp down more. The same stuff they were trying to do with Twitter they’ll try to do with something else, with other things.”
Does it sound like partisan sniping? Let’s check out the facts.
Both Harris and Walz have shared troubling views on free speech. Harris vowed to punish platforms for sharing “misinformation,” ignoring how much of it she personally spreads.
Walz said “hate speech” isn’t covered by the First Amendment. It is. And both Rogan and Ryan know it.
“She openly discussed the need for the same rules to apply to Facebook and Twitter and that Elon Musk could lose his privileges. There are so many wild things that they are saying … the goal of the First Amendment is, you say something wrong, then this guy who’s an expert says the right thing. And then you correct them.”
“It’s all opinion,” Ryan said.
“And so much of it turns out to be true. How about ‘masks don’t work.’ You’d get screamed at for saying, ‘masks didn’t work’ [during the pandemic]. Well, Guess what? They don’t f***ing work,” Rogan said. “They don’t work. [Dr. Anthony] Fauci said, ‘Masks don’t work.‘ Remember that interview before the pandemic?”
“It’s bananas how easily people fall in line. That’s what scared me the most,” Rogan added.
