While I can’t put my finger on exactly when I started opting exclusively for high-waisted swimwear (or, of course, one-pieces), I can tell you that I’m very glad the trend has lasted and is very much here to stay. After all, though my style could hardly be called modest, there is an inexplicable comfort I find in those extra few inches of material that I’ve grown quite emotionally accustomed to when hitting the beach. Can you relate?
