Harvey Weinstein has been transported to California per a court order, where the disgraced producer faces a total of 11 counts of sexual assault in Los Angeles County involving five women.
Last year, Weinstein was found guilty last year in New York of first-degree criminal sexual act and third-degree rape and is currently serving a 23-year prison sentence at a maximum-security prison.
In Los Angeles County, Weinstein is facing four counts of forcible rape, four counts of forcible oral copulation, two counts of sexual battery by restraint, and one count of sexual penetration by use of force.
“Harvey Weinstein has always maintained that every one of his physical encounters throughout his entire life have been consensual. That hasn’t changed,” his spokesperson Juda Engelmayer said.

Weinstein’s legal team filed an appeal against the New York judge, claiming the judge was biased.
Over eighty women in the film industry had accused Weinstein of sexual assault, sexual misconduct or rape.
