Flavor Flav has been arrested for domestic battery.
According to the criminal complaint obtained by TMZ, Flav allegedly poked his finger on the alleged victim’s nose, grabbed her, threw her down and grabbed a phone out her hand. The identity of the woman was not revealed. Flavor Flav was arrested and charged with one misdemeanor charge of domestic battery.

“In alleged domestic violence cases, there are often 2 sides to the story and we will explain our side in the courtroom and not in the media,” his attorney, David Chesnoff, told TMZ.
Flavor Flav has been in trouble with the law at least three times in the past for domestic violence. In his most recent social media post, he celebrated a year of sobriety.
“1 year up,,, lotz more to go,,, next year I pray my whole family will be walkin the same path I am,” he wrote on Instagram. He has not addressed the recent arrest.
