‘Grooming Gang’ Exposes Massive UK Sex Abuse Scandal

A terrifying pattern of sexual abuse dating back to 1997 had to be dragged into the public square.

The “Grooming Gang Scandal” has roiled Britain in recent weeks, partially thanks to Elon Musk’s focus on the tragedy.

Muckraker Phelim McAleer and his Unreported Story Society have turned the scandal into a feature film.

“The Grooming Gang Cover Up,” available Jan. 21, shows the “targeted abuse of thousands of white British girls, and the establishment cover-up that followed,” according to McAleer’s press release.

The scandal’s details are horrifying, according to Euronews:

… organised gangs sexually exploited hundreds of vulnerable young women and girls. These so-called “grooming gangs” operated separately in multiple towns and cities for a number of years before their activities came to full public attention in the early 2010s.

The Free Press dubbed the scandal “The Biggest Peacetime Crime—and Cover-up—in British History.”

The serial rape of thousands of English girls went on for many years. Few in power cared. Then Elon Musk started tweeting … It is still going on. And there has been no justice for the vast majority of the victims.

Other press outlets cast a cynical eye on Musk as much as the lurid accusations. “Elon Musk Imagined a Cover-Up,” reads a headline at The Atlantic.

New Media outlets shared a different narrative.

The Free Press shared why it took so long for the scandal to reach critical mass.

They did this to defend a failed model of multiculturalism, and to avoid asking hard questions about failures of immigration policy and assimilation. They did this because they were afraid of being called racist or Islamophobic. They did this because Britain’s traditional class snobbery had fused with the new snobbery of political correctness.

“The Grooming Gang Cover Up” promises no such editorializing. The film, like previous McAleer productions, uses actual court testimony and source documents to flesh out its narrative. It’s verbatim storytelling, and it declaws critics complaining about bias or “misinformation.”

McAleer’s team secured court transcripts from a critical case in the scandal and turned it into the film’s key element. British actor Dominic Frisby stars in a film built around said transcripts.

McAleer and Unreported Story Society co-founder Ann McElhinney previously exposed Deep State rot with “FBI Lovebirds: UnderCovers” starring Dean Cain and Kristy Swanson. The tragi-comedy used actual texts from FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page to reveal part of the Russian collusion hoax.

The team’s last project, “October 7,” got virtually ignored by the mainstream press. The New York-based play let survivors of the Hamas terror attack share their stories.
