I Tried on 4 Dress Trends With Sneakers and They Honestly All Looked Chic

As someone who loves to wear casual dresses (especially during spring and summer), I’m always on the lookout for new trends—especially ones that look good with comfortable shoe styles like flats and sneakers. But as much as we’d all like them too, not every single dress style looks amazing with sneakers. That said, I found four fresh dress trends that do.

Our clothing line Who What Wear Collection happens to be one of my favorite sources for casual dresses these days, and I had the pleasure of trying on four of our popular styles. They each represent very different dress trends, but they all look chic with sneakers. To prove it, I tried them on for you. (As an added bonus, my puppy really wanted to be in these photos and I gave up, so you’re welcome.)

This combination of pretty midi dress and New Balance sneakers felt very Copenhagen fashion girl to me. It’s perfect with natural or white sneakers, or you could do a fun colorful pair.

I think this might’ve been my favorite look of the bunch. It felt really fresh and fun—the perfect summer daytime outfit.

This dress would undoubtedly look good with any shoe style, but how good is it with sneakers?! I could see myself wearing this chill, easy outfit on a weekly basis.

This plissé shirtdress is one that all of us editors have been losing it over. It’s so versatile—you could wear it like so for something casual or dress it up with heels and a belt for a date or whatnot.

Everyone’s favorite is back in stock.

New print alert.

This would look so cool with retro sneakrs.
