A judge has ordered Dr. Dre to pay his ex-wife Nicole Young $100 million as part of their divorce settlement.
According to Rolling Stone, the producer and rapper will pay Nicole $50 million now. He will then pay the remaining $50 million next year. Dre will keep seven properties, including the Malibu home that Nicole lives in. He will keep his Apple stocks, six vehicles, the rights to his master recordings, and trademarks that he owns.
Nicole will also walk away with four vehicles, a Rolls Royce, a Range Rover, an Escalade limousine, and a Spyder motorcycle, her jewelry and any money she has in her bank accounts.
A source told TMZ that the settlement was less than she was offered last year. “She could have even been on the field for the Super Bowl halftime show as a friendly ex-wife,” the source said.
Nicole was trying to get half of Dr. Dre’s $800 million forture. She also has to pay her own legal fees.
