Alert: I Found Celebrities’ Favorite Trends at Nordstrom, H&M, and Shopbop

If you could get a peek inside of our editor group Slack channel, you’d see us constantly sending in new celebrity looks as soon as they drop. It’s our job to give you the download on what’s latest in fashion, and it just so happens that your favorite celebrities tend to lead the trends in their direction.

While shopping their exact looks can often come at a hefty over $1000 price point, we looked at the most popular trends on the celebrity street style scene and shopped them from your favorite retailers. We’re talking Nordstrom, H&M, and Shopbop—a trifecta that seems to always reign amongst our reader’s favorites.

From Rihanna to Kate Middleton, I’ve gathered our favorite celebrity looks as of recent and pinpointed the trend that caught our attention the most in the outfit. Think cutouts, cloud coats… the list goes on. Keep scrolling to get a dose of fresh shopping inspiration from these A-listers.

We talked about cloud coats being our favorite purchase for fall 2021, and Bella Hadid seems to agree. It’s thinner than a regular puffer, so it’s perfect if you like to bring out your layering game.

Cutouts seem to be the trend that never stops giving, and while it was hard to find products on the affordable end when Rihanna was first seen out wearing the trend, there are a lot more now.

While heels are slowly making a comeback into everyone’s wardrobe, flats are still on most people’s priority list. Chunky or heeled loafers are perfect for when you want to wear flats but also want a little added height.

The chunkier the boots, the better. We still love pencil-heeled boots, but stompers are an easy way to make any outfit more casual and edgy. Just take notes from Bella.

We mentioned in our anniversary story that bomber jackets reigned supreme in 2016 but are poised for a comeback in a more loose, oversize fit.

Remember when everyone just opted for the classic tall boots when shopping for Uggs? Now, it’s all about the more controversial options.

If there’s someone in Hollywood who’s known for her love of oversize blazers, it’s Hailey Bieber. They’re a key to her signature style, and we consider them to be a wardrobe staple at this point.

Grunge fashion is at its finest with chunky platform boots. They might seem a little dangerous to wear, but it makes for a showstopping look if you’re willing to take the risk. Kourtney Kardashian proves just how a pair of platform boots can be the central point of an outfit.

Until it’s cold enough for heavy puffers, quilted vests are the outerwear trend everyone (including royalty) is opting for right now.

While we had many predictions on what’s going to be the color of the year, Kelly Green has no doubt come out on top. It’s sure to make a statement everywhere, from street style to the red carpet.

We still love tapered pants here and there, but 2021 has proven that loose trousers are the ultimate fashion-girl pants. Even when paired in a simple look like Blake Lively has done above, it looks effortlessly chic.

From Lorelai Gilmore in the 2000s to Bella Hadid in 2021, a kerchief is the hair accessory that always works. It’s easy to put on and won’t cost you a fortune.
