In the video, Casanova is in Lagos, Nigeria and is praising the fact that he’s in a different country after being in and out of jail.
Prosecutors charged 18 alleged members of the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation Gang in connection with various racketeering, murder, narcotics, firearms and fraud offenses.
Casanova is facing several charges, including conspiracy to commit racketeering, conspiracy to distribute controlled substances, and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime.
GANG MEMBERS ORGANIZE MASS SHOOTING
The rapper was denied bail in January after a judge claimed he was a danger to the community.
“The fact that violence seems to be perpetuated by associates of Mr. Senior … it’s plausible to interpret that as evidence … Mr. Senior doesn’t have to get his hands dirty,” Judge Halpern said.
