Tia Kemp, one of Rick Ross’ baby mamas, has been hit with a restraining order by her ex-boyfriend.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, back in July, Tia Kemp and her 16-year-old son William Roberts III, whom she shares with the rapper, were sued by her ex, Jason Highley.
Highley says he allowed Tia to stay at his Fort Lauderdale home with her two kids. He said when they broke up she refused to leave.
“The romantic relationship deteriorated and Highley has asked the Defendants to move out of the property several times, to no avail,” the suit read.
He then filed for a temporary domestic violence injunction against Tia to stop her from going into his home but she continued to enter the property to “steal and destroy items.” After suing Tia and William, he dropped his claims against Rick Ross’ son because he is underage. Tia agreed to stay away but asked for the court’s help to retrieve her property.
