Andrew Cuomo Charged w/ Groping Former Aide

Former Governor of New York has been charged with groping a former aide.

Cuomo was charged Thursday and the complaint at the Albany City Court alleges he “did intentionally, and for no legitimate purpose, forcibly place his hand under the blouse shirt of the victim…and onto her intimate body part. Specifically, the victims [sic] left breast for the purposes of degrading and satisfying his sexual desire.”

The incident allegedly took place on the afternoon of Dec. 7 on the second floor of the Executive Mansion, the governor’s official residence.

He is facing up to a year in jail.

Cuomo has denied the allegation.

“I want you to know directly from me that I never touched anyone inappropriately or made inappropriate sexual advances,” he said in a statement in August.
