After claiming on the show that she made her own money and did not need to spend her estranged husband Tom Girardi’s, Erika Jayne is now claiming that she used to hand over all of her money to him.
According to a report from TMZ, Erika claims she forwarded every dollar she made to Tom. This includes her RHOBH paycheck, money from paid appearances and sponsorship deals.

Erika was recently sued for $25 million by the trustee in charge of Thomas’ bankruptcy proceedings. Her company, EJ Global, allegedly received $20 million in fraudulent transfers from his law firm. She says she handed her money over to Tom’s company because she thought her money would be appropriately managed.
Now she says she’s broke and is demanding an increase in salary for the show.
“The ratings were off the charts because of her story line and what she’s exposed,” an insider told Us Weekly. “What she’s dealing with [regarding] Tom [Girardi] and the court is not over yet so you can only imagine what next season is going to bring.”
Erika Jayne’s storyline was practically the only storyline this season.
