Rory and Mal have reportedly signed a $10 million deal with Stitcher just months after being fired by Joe Budden.
“Y’all will not continue to treat me this way. Y’all not going to continue to treat these people this way. Y’all take that f* ckin’ dark energy, that arrogance and entitlement somewhere else. I say all of that to say, we gonna do this since Rory feels like he has so many options,” Budden said at the time.

It was rumored that he threatened to sue them if they started another podcast.
Now in a recent interview with Vulture, they said they weren’t worried about any lawsuits from Joe.
“Yeah no, it’s not an issue for us. That’s something you would probably have to ask him, but it would be very funny — and a lot would be exposed — if he decided to do that,” said Mal.
“That’s not a route he would want to go. I can assure you that,’ Rory added.
