Geto Boys rapper Scarface had life-saving surgery after his son gave him a kidney.

“I celebrate with the both of you for being an example of unending love. Chris, a lot of people talk about how much they love your dad, but you have separated yourself from the talkers by your actions. We all salute the both of you and wish you both a speedy recovery.”
Scarface revealed that he was in need of a kidney transplant and had started the process to see if he is a good transplant candidate last October.
That came after his friend TI offered to buy someone’s kidney. Scarface first asked for someone to “donate” their kidney the week before. Then rapper TI offered “a bag” to anyone who donates.
